Privacy Policy for DukanFlow

DukanFlow ("the App") is a multi-outlet retail management app developed by M. Uwais Baig ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

When you use DukanFlow, we collect the following information:

• Account information: email address and display name, used to create and identify your account.
• Business and outlet data: business name, outlet names, and currency settings you enter when setting up your account.
• Sales and stock records: item names, quantities, prices, payment methods, and timestamps that you or your staff enter into the App. This data belongs to your business and is used solely to provide the App's core functionality.
• Role and access data: whether an account is an "owner" or "staff" account, and which outlet a staff account is linked to, used to enforce access permissions within the App.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any device sensor data. We do not request or use Android's Accessibility Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only to:

• Provide and operate the App's core features (account creation, outlet management, sales and stock tracking, reporting)
• Enforce access control so that staff accounts can only access their own outlet's data, and business owners can only access their own business's data
• Respond to support requests you send us

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure backend infrastructure provider, with database-level access control (Row Level Security) enforced so that no user can access data belonging to another business or another outlet within the same business, regardless of how the data is requested.

4. Advertising

DukanFlow may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google's Advertising Policy. Users who upgrade to a paid subscription will not be shown advertisements. We do not control or have access to the data AdMob collects beyond what is disclosed in Google's own policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your business, sales, or stock data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with:

• Supabase, as our database and authentication provider
• Google AdMob, for advertising purposes on free-tier accounts, as described in Section 4

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please contact us using the details below, and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

7. Children's Privacy

DukanFlow is a business management tool intended for business owners and their staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
