DukanFlow, developed by M. Uwais Baig, allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
If you are a business owner account, requesting deletion will also remove your business record, including outlet configurations and outlet codes. Historical sales and stock entries created under your business may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form for the legitimate business record-keeping purposes of any staff accounts still linked to your outlets, unless you specifically request full deletion of this historical data, in which case we will delete it within the same 14-day period, subject to any applicable legal or accounting record-retention obligations in your jurisdiction.
If you are a staff account, your personal account and login credentials will be deleted. Sales and stock entries you previously logged will remain attributed to the outlet's historical records for the business owner's continuity and audit purposes, since this data forms part of the business's own operational records, not solely your personal data. If you wish historical entries to be deleted entirely rather than retained as part of the business record, please state this explicitly in your deletion request, and we will accommodate this where it does not conflict with the business owner's legitimate record-keeping needs.
